had not buy cleaned out, several cigarette burns on comforter in a non smoking room, no shampoo or conditioner

shower looked dirty. asked for non-smoking room but room smelled nothing but cigarette!!

the swimming pool closed at 10 pm and i am not not able to climb the fence

only thing that could have been better was the continental breakfast side items such as butter and syrup for

my deposit they said it's a non smoking room and i had smoked in it but i do not smoke or use any form of tobacco

there were plenty of options but a basketball team was staying there also so the kitchen stopped putting things

even the housekeeping staff was lovely when we had to have a late check out

this is a split hotel that allows smoking and non-smoking but the whole place smells like cigarettes and cheap

the pet rooms were so much bigger than the normal rooms.
