location is great. we appreciated the pet friendly

of the parking spaces were taken because i left and came back late so i had to park in front of the office

room was very spacious great fireplace a spot of was excellent i had a private pool and it was awsome couldn't

included fireplace in our room location, walking distance to just about everything we wanted to do in

thank goodness we got the suite with our own private pool because my kids wanted snow and swimming on their

loved the pool and the beautiful grounds.

the staff we interacted with from reception desk, housekeeping, and kitchen staff were very friendly and helpful

it was very disconcerting upon arrival to find that we might possibly not be able to get into the parking area

our unit had excellent parking and a great floor plan

it was well located, had easy parking, and very small and quaint yet i had my privacy.

rental is expensive for the small space that you get, but we rented because it is pet friendly

more parking. we had to park at twigs next door (not a big deal though).

the place is secluded with many fireplaces around

the oviance of eating breakfast with a magnificent view while keeping cozy by 5

mattress was poor quality. the whole room could use an update. wifi was spotty at best.

the restaurant and bar staff are amazing!

wifi connection -- regardless of every method attempted (including the hotel's instructions) -- was

trying to get out of the parking lot is a little tough

the girl that served us breakfast was a delight and the complimentary breakfast was perfect

parking was not the best

rather, you have to go down to the lobby and into the downstairs bar and wait for whoever s working which

the kitchen was well-equipped, the staff were great, and because they weren't too busy, the manager

wifi could definitely use some work but the trip was meant for relaxation and less phone usage

snow plow came through the driveway and parking lot, much needed because of heavy snow dropped for 2 days and

working at computer with a lower pull out table for keyboard if needed, though i did not try the wifi

i highly recommend taking all decor down in the common living room/kitchen area

not realize it was a pet friendly motel that didn t have rooms that were not set aside for no pets
