the added bonus with the kids club voucher was a lovely touch

the 2 pools were fab - bonus that the outdoor is heated so kids loved it, meals in the restaurant were fab,

had a safety deposit box which was secure for leaving things when we were out or using the pool gym etc

the rest of breakfast was excellent quality, as was the bar food

the area, need to travel up quite a lot this is by far the best, really comfortable nice place, pool a little

everything, great smiling staff, room ready on arrival, lovely new room, great warm pool, lots for children to

sex at 2 in the morning, or the battle to bang doors the loudest, constant racing around if kids on the corridors

room right at the the top of the stairs and the noise was horrendous, people talking loudly, kids running up

were a few cobwebs on the ceiling, there wasn t wifi in the rooms only in the communal areas, and the bed wasn

poor wifi signal.
