wifi was very poor and it kept cutting out

we enjoyed drinks in the hotel bar on an enchanting little terrace

the family room it was very spacious& very comfortable the location was perfect a very friendly bar at the top of the road followed by lovely restaurants& bars to cater for

breakfast area was quite plain and outside bar only seemed to be open at the weekends.

cool, laidback vibes a stone’s throw to a great little beach (perfect for kids) - with restaurants, bars, shops literally on the doorstep

but during a horrible rain, sleet and wind storm with luggage and kids, it was quite the adventure

my kids and i stayed in the family room, with 2 lofted beds above the full size bed

the location was great! close to the beach, casino, and shopping.

breakfast was amazing - fantastic quality of the food

the hotel's wifi was superfast

the breakfast was excellent, with much to choose from and all very tasty

they were very flexible with an early check in and later check out

the breakfast was so nice too and we would definitely stay again if we return to biarritz

free parking on the hotel premises which is a great find for biarritz

had a parking space and the staff was really nice

also good if you are travelling with motorbike or car as they have parking

convenient location, free parking and wifi.

the shower was excellent and the wifi was reliable and strong

a little gym with fair equipments, towels,

gym was basic, but still functional :-) and parking was limited, although reception helped find

being included in the club, hot and cold drinks, lounge, computer workstations, sun terrace, gym, sauna, welcome drink and hot d'oeuvres and breakfast

many amenities: gym, 24 h access to the 'club' where you have access to computers, printers, complimentary coffee,

unique concept of a buffet bar accessible by guests at all hours and free to use

the hotel is a simple, private hotel and bar and the welcome was very friendly

last thing at night due to nearby bar and early morning due to delivery lorry

gym was also not available due to maintenance which was a bit disappointing

friendly staff - what else to ask for good drinks are served at the bar as well

my birthday and had a chocolate gift delivered to my room with a note everyone , from check-in to bar to dinner was warm and welcoming

one thing- there was only one person serving in the restaurant and bar that evening and it was busy

you had to register at reception to use the gym
