room service was very good with friendly staff

whether it was room service, housekeeping, or assistance with local recommendations, they were always ready to

called the property to validate that the parking is within the hotel premise

breakfast was very good. location also very good.

breakfast was good. more options are expected. the staff was bit rude

i called room service couple of times, they said they will check but ac did not work

30 pm, though room service menu says 11 am to 11 pm entire menu

staff can be better trained, everything is taking very long, even just buying a chocolate bar is a mission

although, i arrived a bit early at the property, i was provided early check in which i really appreciated after

00pm and asked if we could get the home cooked food heated because there was no room service but didnt get any

they gave us good room and daily tasty breakfast

from the security guard at the door, to the reception, to the concierge, room service to the restaurant staff

maybe keep some eatables in the room complementary as with kids, they love to munch something

good location, nice clean rooms, smallish bathrooms, limited but sufficient breakfast.

we also noticed a gym and business center

in fact the concierge spotted me taking stuff out of my car in the parking lot and rushed to help me

specially water supply , old room , poor glass condition, one toothbrush for 2 people staying, kids toothbrush

pool/gym is open for common public based on membership and not exclusive to hotel guests

2 points you might like to note: 1 the bar transformer declined two of my cards for payment

i liked the location of the hotel, their laundry services, as well as the staff

room service can be improved. also the food menu can be elaborated inline with modern cuisine.

all round feel good experience, from the food to the personal service. clean with a nice gym.

first and foremost, there was no designated parking space

and basic facilities like plug points, tea coffee maker and complimentary breakfast missing
