smoking room smelled of stale cigar

wifi finally works but still unable to connect inside of room. need repair ice machine

didn t have free wifi as stated either

when i pointed out that my room didn't have wifi, which was promised

the people from room services were not dressed appropriately and knocked at 7:30am

pull out couch was the smallest we’ve ever had for our two kids (8yrs and 6yrs)

the beds were comfortable the kids loved the pool!

liked the parking, microwave, mini fridge,pool (burned our eyes though) breakfast, porch area

everything above, well lit parking, nice breakfast and breakfast area, clean fresh quiet room.

indoor pool is nice, but cold water

the place was not great . however it was clean and staff was great and pool was super clean.

on the 4th day they changed the wifi passcode so nobody could log in

friendly staff. comfortable beds. cold a/c. decent breakfast. super fast wifi!

wifi was slow

there no iron in the room and the parking is not suitable for trucks or suvs

com for a non-smoking room and made a note of our late arrival

only negative was the parking was somewhat crowded and had to park in the back lot however, not a deal breaker

when the parking lot is full you need to park close to the other hotel and walk more.

will be so nice when finished, but kids were bummed

beautiful facilities, well equipped gym, gorgeous pool and outdoor space

tv did not work right no wifi and hole in the wall

the coin laundry was out of order

other than that: absolutely no wifi, remotes did not work for the tv, so no tv

laundry is closed its not open to public

their wifi needed an extra access point, the signal would not reach the room

they didn t specify a 1 pet policy. it says pet friendly but nothing else.

i asked if there was breakfast, the manager said there was only coffee and snacks

good value easy to park a big truck in the parking lot

no breakfast was served at all. and location was okay

00 pet fee - outrageous for a 13 lb dog

the staff was friendly and breakfast was great

hard floor instead of carpet in the room would have been better

i wish the pool opened earlier than 10am.

staffs are enthusiastic and the room service is good. very close to baylor, only 5 mins drive.

the room seemed newly remodeled with a kitchenette and nice tv.

the $10 pet fee was the best thing about the hotel.

it was clean, quiet, and breakfast was good. needs were comfortable. room size was perfect.

you can hear people upstairs stomping around, and our room had a laundry machine next door which went into spin

i always ask for smoking they always give me nonsmoking

late that evening after our event there was a very scetchy guy standing at the side entrance door smoking

not being bothered. pet friendly.

got a smoking room, but it was as if not cleaned well, bad air filter

i booked this so the kids could swim
