hotel is clean and modern, and staff were accommodating with an early check in

self in my two kids didn't feel that safe, none of their amenities were also available back there

at one point we thought there was a laundry room above us by the sounds of things

you would think for -- ish a night at least free wifi but no, no breakfast and no tv without an extra charge

staff were superb beds and bed clothes were exceptional bar and fire pits fun

the spa experience was wonderful

no elevator, some of the renovations seem awkward or unfinished like doors joining rooms and parking that

little bit limited on seating outside, outside back property could use some love for the pet folks but

pet fee at 125 was too steep.

i was told a pet fee would be $35 and when i arrived they insisted it was $50

also: * do not use the facility wifi * my bank account was charged and my emails were hacked, and zero

parking is a struggle sometimes...other than that it is a great place.

the pool and hot bath was closed, due to seasonal reason. :(

you would expect this hotel to be downtown chicago or new york citythe outdoor rec area, the pool, sitting

rooms were large and clean, the staff was immensely helpful, and the outdoor area with the pool, hot tub,

modern and a lot of great amenities (cafe, coffee, laundry, cash machine, adorable courtyard with pool and fire

kids under 10 years age of in the gym because there s nothing for them to do that was their hangout

only thing i would say they could improve on is probably the pet potty area should be fixed

booked a king with a sofa bed for two adults and two kids, but the sofa bed was only a twin

really like the appearance of the hotel driving up and they are pet friendly which was what we needed

my kids swam in the pool for hours and my husband and i sat by the firepit

the property was very nice, plenty of parking and room for taking dogs outside.

they charged me 25$ pet fee for one night

the full size kitchen was great too, it had a stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee pot, plus all the dishes

any time, it's crazy that my parents, who were staying at a different rv park were not allowed to come sit by
