pool

new hotel. very nice room. nice breakfast. the staff also ok.

good spread of breakfast and the ambiance

the ambience during early breakfast give me the feelings that is what a 5-star hotel should provide

was no staff at the towel counter and no service provided at the pool, so we had to go to the spa to request

wifi n staffs

shuttle transport to mega mall batam center (upon request)

wifi doesn t work during my stay by happen :(

need to send to laundry for ironing our clothes

the free-wifi is not so good, sometimes slow.

wifi

wifi yang dicantumkan di kunci kamar tetapi bukan tampilan wifi yang terkuat signalnya dari pilihan

- senang parking - dekat dengan welcome to batam -banyak kedai makan nearest

wifi wasn't strong in my room

wifi and tv are working as expected i don t like: towels and pillows seems like it is worn out

great value for money. room is as shown in the photos. room is very new and clean. free wifi

no wifi inside room

i'm impressed by the gym which is arguably the best so far among all hotels i've stayed in batam

all non smoking rooms and areas was neat n

staff helped us to cut down on smoke smell of the room as non smoking rooms are not available

wifi very poor

gym facilities is good too

hotel facilities terbaik breakfast terbaik view terbaik swimming pool terbaik

everything is good but need to improve wifi and heater hot water

5 star hotel, best hotel and comfort place. have nice swimming pool. will come again!

place need a refurbished for gym and its hotel, breakfast norm but can be better

like the view from our balcony room, food from dnest bar and grill was so yummy and price also valuable

kids friendly because there's a pool for them

the amenities not complete,no tissue,no laundry bag, no plastic in bin

gym, restaurant and pool were all good. liked the room and room service

their room is very clean, breakfast is good

the hotel has a 24hr massage parlour and does room service too

from the quality and choice of the food , great bedding, fabulous facilities like the amazing big pool overlooking

the room service standards are poor when i optioned for breakfast in bed

the room service is nice the other staff as well especially the front desk jeffrey wow at me on his

the wifi over there is quite unstable and also the pillows are too soft

stay here and staff were friendly, and attentive throughout our stay especially when we ordered room service

wifi strength could be better. the water heater need to be fixed

and wifi suddenly was cannot be accessed

room service were lacking...

very nice breakfast spread, especially the pastry & the local culinary

ideally situated for convenient access to shopping centers, restaurants, markets, and spa facilities

breakfast didn't get to try as it was not in the same building

the room is beautiful i book a king room it's got a mini kitchen and a big fridge sofa set tv set can watch a

great breakfast

maybe breakfast can have a bit more variety.

less parking lot less choices of breakfast

gym is a little small

location wise n rooftop bar where awesome music bein played

good, safety, easy to move around areas, good breakfast for golfer's

staff are friendly and helpful, room was spacious and clean, gym is available with simple equipment, breakfast

the gym was simply a studio beside a noisy bar and lounge which made it impossible to do any exercise

they even provide mini bar , where all the chocolate and drinks for us for free

strategic places with nearby mall, laundry and massage

coffeeshops, bcs malls, cafes, convenient shops, optical shops, massage places, eska, coin laundry all in the

spa and massage options are aplenty 2 streets down all walkable
