we reserved the handicapped king size smoking room

the place had sheriffs in the parking lot when i arrived my original room i booked of two beds was not available

it was good. my kids enjoyed it a lot.

breakfast was disappointing this is the third year i've stayed there and only boiled eggs three

and to top it all of we didn t even get room service to fresh our room

had to go through gas station lot to get into parking area

we hadn't stayed here last year i wouldn't have known where to turn to get in the parking lot

location was good however it was very hard to get into parking lot from bill gardner parkway

was in a smoking room so of course it smelled like stale smoke odor so had to purchase my own air fresheners

the non-smoking rooms stink and i changed to a second room

dirty; multiple burn holes in bedding sheets; ripped bedding; smoke odor in non-smoking room.

requested a floor level..didn't get..was charged extra $20 pet fee apon arrival

reception gave me a smoking room then charged me $50 more to get a non smoking room

stated already. no breakfast offered, no coffee or coffee pot

had neighbors who were partying and smoking so much pot my room stunk as well

he demanded ids and paperwork that under the ada does not exist and then he charged me a pet
