the pool area clean restroom

we went & bought roach spray, the sheets were filthy and when we asked for new ones she said that laundry was closed

laundry facilities was nasty, dirty

how everyone that worked here,made sure,me and my kids was comfortable

wifi worked well especially for kids devices

lot of the offerings of the hotel were out of order: the washer in the laundry room, vending machines in the halls

the kitchen wasn't equipped with all the kitchen supplies. such as silverware.

the room was remodeled and nice. staff was accommodating in regards to a late check out.

open bar and restaurant were great

for working in that area, it is well located, lots of parking and a clean, well run facility with nice amenities there is not much nearby, but its easy

ease of access, plentiful parking, good air-conditioning!

rooms, had at gym, was near where we went like 30mins tops i would definitely stay again no

they argued with me and locked me out the room after going in and turning the a/c off during our breakfast

the pool needs cleaning better and gets reed of wasps nest in the pool area

was very clean , we had wanted a pool for our kids to swim in and staff put us in a room next to the

spa room

specifically booked there for the free breakfast and pool which didn’t get any of them and we were not told in advanced of this the pool was so green

no breakfast provided due to covid pandemic.

on the website say fresh breakfast included in your pay but no breakfast and no discount .

building with small but functional kitchen on the rooms

the room and the kitchen utensils were dirty. i changed rooms, and it was dirty too.

spout on the kitchen sink. should of came out further, so you don't get water on the counter.
