the bathroom!!!!!!!! and there were a few roaches spotted within the bathroom and kitchen area

mentioned by other reviewers, there were bugs, however they always appeared in the kitchen sink so i guess it's the plumbing that's at fault and not the building itself

was very clean, spacious, the staff was very friendly, and having a kitchenette with a full refrigerator was the icing on the cake, i was able to cook, which saved me

everything no wifi stove in kitchen did work properly

i cooked my own in the full kitchenette, and i enjoyed it

more often than not, but there are plenty of places nearby to do personal laundry

clothes in the laundry left in machines but that's just inconsiderate guests

gym this was a huge issue for me and the noise from the construction

basic gym but with good equipment

while it's great to have a desk and wifi, the chairs sit low to the desk and aren't adjustable

carpet was gross. stains like throw up in my room. i was scared to let kids walk on carpet.

place was super clean, we could use the laundry, which was fundamental for us

staff should avoid using the elevators with large laundry baskets during peak elevator hours

dryer had issues but told the front desk and by the time i got back up to the laundry room the maintanice man was on the scene

staff was friendly and helpful both hotel registration desk and in the bar area

the pool was shut down and absolutely waste of money and time there were big holes in the walls as well

the pool was great to relax because it is very hott for the summer time….

room was dusty, cabinet doors were missing in the bathroom, the glass was missing from kitchenette cabinets

i like that though the kitchen was closed grab and go breakfast was still provided

only problem was communication with the receptionist and we couldn t connect to the property wifi

end tables near sofa and seperate no small light in kitchen

and food spilled in the microwave, a blood stain on the sheets, a spill down the doors under the kitchenette sink, and the sleeper sofa was terrible

i received a call to inform me of the change and early check in was available

having a breakfast would be a nice touch, but it did have a well equipped kitchen

we knew everything about checking in and even called to say the room would be available for an early check in
