the pool and hot tub is wonderful

the pool, but a family with a lot of kids came in and kinda took it over so we didn't get to enjoy it as much as we would have liked to

100 years old, the property did not offer many modern amenities on site (both the spa and gym were co-ops with other local businesses)

was walking distance to downtown, the breakfast was more than continental breakfast and great

the breakfast included eggs, potatoes, and sausage, in addition to standard 'continental' items

and the breakfast was usual hotel fare but the breakfast room was beautiful with nice ambiance

gym closed due to covid

spa not functioning. check in was not as smooth as hoped.

crowded dining space with no path through to output patio (and door which was repeatedly left open)

in evening, breakfast on desk was amazing, newspapers nearby to read and share was awesome

easy walk across the parking lot)

there were a few shady characters in the parking lot but that s to be expected so no biggie!

there is also a nice restaurant very close by

no breakfast. in room coffee only. early check in was allowed.

every little bit of the place, from the gorgeous, lush grounds, the hot tub and pool, beautiful decor, friendly staff, adorable wine garden, and comfortable and spacious rooms

grounds, clover shaped hot tub and pool were all beautiful & wonderful

great to have a living/mini kitchen area and a separate bedroom/bathroom

could have had more explanation and pricing of spa

numerous decorative pillows on the bed, enough to fill up the in-room spa tub

we also were happily surprised that there is a small, walk to casino right across the parking lot from the hotel, (not attached to the hotel) which offers free

the bar tender is also great

pool area was very full due to kids traveling team competing that weekend.

i noticed that the pool had an emergency phone the cabanas were very nice, and there was a bar ,restaurants and the staff was very courteous and professional

pool was small but fine and there is not a hot tub

were very helpful, the property was convenient to i-5 but quiet, and the pool was perfect for the kids to splash in

people above us clearly had little kids that ran around alot but not a hige deal

needed a microwave in the room. had to go zap water in laundry, vending area.

they welcome early check in which was very much needed for my case

no pet fee. ice machine was functioning, as opposed to the previous time we stayed there.

there's a pool and laundry machines on site - bonus

no indoor pool.

spa and pool were a huge hit for a quick relaxing dip with family

the family was very loud speaking and the kids were jumping off the bed repeatedly and running loudly starting at 8:00 am

once it was a dog barking and snoring and then they had little kids… someone was taking a shower in the middle of the

pool and staffs helpfulness for visiting family

an early flight, so they set up my shuttle

i like the closeness to the airport. i like the shuttle and the staff.

airport shuttle and park-and-fly free because i am staying on both end nights there

was told my shuttle reservation was not properly marked down for my 4:30 a

breakfast was great
