parking was full in the main lot, adjacent public parking did not have adequate lighting for

did notice that there were the same room service trays in the hallway for 3 days, so that did not impress me

that parking lot security may have not been enough

there were kids running up and down the halls until early in the morning.

every request we had from early check in to high floor were met and exceeded

the room we got put in was a smoking room

i booked a non smoking room and when i got there they booked it from out from under me

noisy breakfast area was still closed

juices at breakfast didn t work

we don't get a receipt as the person in the breakfast room was the same one to check you out

parking

the guy in the next room took about a third of my designated parking space

location , air worked good , parking , heat worked good , price was all l could afford

heave soil around outlets , under cabnets , webs , needs repainted in rooms stains on beding , wifi did not have

not coffee maker in room. water for shower wasn't quite hot enough. parking lot could be bigger.

i loved the free breakfast, the location was perfect and the outside was beautiful!

website stated pool was closed but upon arrival found pool open

kids were running up and down the hallway and they did nothing about it

kitchen area was exceptionally clean and kept well stocked during breakfast times ; staff was

ordered a non smoking and we were put in a smoking and was told that it was the last room on the first floor i

the sink was being held up by 2x4s, there was a hole in our comforter, and the non smoking room reeked of

convenient to interstate. parking right next to room. pets allowed. very accommodating staff.

said free wifi but i got zero signal

the floors were hard surface, which is a great idea even if we had no pet with us

in getting on and off the interstate, very pet friendly policy without extra cost, and the rooms are comfortable

didn't explain where the pet area was, the vending machine or ice
