good wifi for work and an excellent restaurant

wish we were there for better weather as the garden bar looked fabulous, too

parking could be better managed

enough parking for guests

option to eat in main dining area or in the cozy bar area

were on the second level and not sure if that was the problem but we could not log into wifi

the wifi was also excellent

no mini bar for water or snacks.

the motel is well located with plenty of parking

even have room service unless you are there in a sunday or monday night

i don't have an ev (yet), but it was still great to see some ev chargers onsite - very novel

the ev charger was brilliant. the room was large and very comfortable.

parking was a little tight

ev charger, location

wifi could be better but i would not mark down, i had cellular to rely on which worked fine...

easy parking and friendly reception

very small area for car parking

clean and spacious with an oven and microwave in kitchen

laundry window didn t latch properly

car parking

it was easy to find..easy parking..fantastic service..and everything was excellent

nice large room, comfy bed, clean, great wifi.

comfy to spend overnight with pet with front parking good size for a couple with a kitchen as well parking lot

small issue is that the wifi access is sent via sms but i have a foreign sim card and didn't receive this sms

great location, easy access to parking

the wifi was unreliable and i ended up using my own hotspot from my phone.

wifi connection didn't work.

wifi non existent

very clean, ample parking, rooms are comfortable great location

wifi and lighting excellent. had work to complete. also having a settee in the room was good

tv had chromecast and great wifi

car parking is immediately in front of your unit, no steps

and the hot breakfast room service was terrific and convenient

this is a clean and comfortable motel, parking at your door and friendly staff.

easy parking

breakfast was ok, highly recommended if you are visiting armidale, specially if you have kids or friends, good

a free guest laundry was also a massive bonus

everything was exceptional, will definitely recommend and stay again, free breakfast was great!

plus my kids like the goldfish pond and it also has a pool

above us seemed to be a laundry, so washing machine noise and fairly constant flushing sound, but didn t

my kids loved it

wifi always cut off, maybe the room is too far from the office.

no aircon in kids room

car parking, very warm comfortable bed

clean - pet friendly - free breakfast - excellent grounds -well equipped kitchen complimentary biscuits/ teas

not a fire alarm, not a smoke detector, not a wifi box

pool was also lovely

is going on in that laundry/ boiler room

kids enjoyed the pool

very clean room well set up with kitchen facilities
