clean, huge and beautiful, the property is gorgeous and maintained like a pristine villa, the pool overlooks an amazing valley with crystal clear rivers 5 minutes away, staff is so so friendly

on the very outskirts of the city which made the parking feel quite safe but it meant a taxi or shuttle to get in for any sightseeing

run hotel with very courteous staff in an excellent location overlooking the city with a free shuttle bus to and from the city to explore the old part very easily on foot or pick up other buses

breakfast was superior with lots of fresh

minor confusion on checking out as they thought we hadn t paid our bar tab

really the hotel direct issue, but the food from the restaurant (i suppose) supplying room service could be better (-)to charge me for room service when i asked for a little milk to put in my morning coffee (they provide three (+) reasonably priced room service (+)quiet room experienced staff and room service food and coffee are good (-) -slow room service but the food when it arrived was delicious - slow breakfast service, they need more (-) went to call room service and found out phone was not connected (+)excellent room service, no extra tax. excellent location. (-)room service that closes at 22:30.... (-)ordered room service at 7:30pm and it arrived at 9:30pm
