rude staff-- smoking in entrance

wished pool would have been open

the pool was also clean and fun for the kids

they talk to you like you re trash all because of the pool

room was not nice and the pool was not good one ladders was broke and i feel off it want be back and there was

good wifi, comfortable bed. clean microwave.

parking in front of room, ease of check-in, comfortable bed

owner thought we had pets we didn't we had to show him it was our kids

reserved a king non smoking and got a 2 full beds in a smoking room with cigarettes left in the bath

requested non-smoking and they had to bring air fresheners and scented candles to cover the heavy overpowering

also, maybe could get a better breakfast choice

no ice machine , breakfast too simple , shower leaked into bedroom ,

good location. parking at the door. refrigerator.

breakfast was a bit limited, offering coffee, oatmeal, and apples

the full kitchen was a great plus, and the separate room for sleeping was great

were not many breakfast options, and the coffee wasn't filled very quickly

great amenities and extra perks: larger than traditional size elevators, bath towels, trash cans, laundry bags

morning staff was very confrontational had no understanding the difference in a service dog and pet

many restaurants close by or kitchen in room

bathroom was like a closet soap wrappers from previous customer left in shower no continental breakfast as

they said that breakfast was included but that just means coffee and a stale pastry

they didn't serve breakfast & i wouldn't eat there anyway. nasty place.

safety amenities in the accessible king room, parking just outside the door, friendly staff, quiet at night even

so many problems and safety concerns that i packed up my kids and left at 2:30 in the morning

also pet friendly, no extra fee

breakfast, rooms are old and not finished very well, bed was too soft good lighted parking area , felt secure

location, free breakfast, gym and pool.

my suite was next door to a work area off the laundry room

not the fault of the hotel but there was a lot of people mingling/hanging out in the parking lot late at night

heard lots of parking lot noise (cars coming and going, alarms activated, doors slamming) throughout night as

parking was a little tight, due to large trucks that were towing boats for a fishing event that was

i didn't like the low pressure in shower an i didn't like how even though i requested no room service or anyone

the hotel had a truck parking, which is a plus when traveling with oversized vehicles.

they had no smoking rooms so i was told i had to get a non smoking room and pay a $20 deposit but that i would

tv was good and the parking in front of the door was great.
