the lady that checked me in was friendly and i was allowed an early check in

nomicrowave, room was right next to maid laundry room, was very loud and heard doors slamming

i called the front desk to ask about laundry facilities

the laundry room that is on site, dryer doesn't work very well

sure it's a covid thing, but there were no utensils or plates or pans, etc in the kitchenette

i like the cleanliness, pet policy and kitchen

room was clean and comfortable. liked having a full kitchen in the room.

i had was that on saturday night of my stay,which was my last night, there were a bunch of little kids running around and screaming loudly until a little after midnight,and nobody did a thing about

no hot tub and kids playing in elevators

noisey, had to call to get the too made up at 4:00pm. kids running, adults shouting.

great gym facility

over price for the night and the pool wasn't opened

the pool was nice

pool was closed and outside was a bit rundown

pool did not work the whole entire building smelled like animal feces and urine and it also reeked

hotel was super dirty changed rooms 3 times sheets were not clean in any of the rooms pool is permanently closed there was drug deals in parking lot

kids were running from the pool area until 1130pm were a very noise hard time getting to sleep next

was hoping for 2 queens as it was me, my teenage daughter, abd my 2 younger kids, but all they had was king rooms available (1 bed)

wish pool was bigger for amount of kids in it!

the shuttle from the airport was a mere 5 minute wait and i arrived after 12:30 pm

convenient location to the airport, shuttle service, paroptions.

and at check in, we were at the end of a long trip, the kids needed to use the restroom and i didn't have the energy to move to another room

there were springs sticking out of the spa tub jets, seamen on the foot rest, and pieces of what appeared to be a fake

loved the shuttle to the airport convenience too
