weekend with my small family , every thing was perfect, clean beach , heated clean pool , good breakfast with

- wifi connection everywhere even on the beach

staff were polite and helpful, always smiling specially ahmed bassiouny and mohamed ismail, also breakfast was

internet wifi is too slow even to work. tv channels are very limited and no english movies.

if traveling with kids this hotel is a great option as you have a cinema and playing area for kids within the

stuff hospitality was amazing ! clean, the gym area and pool both so good .

we tried room service once, although staff were very accommodating to do what we need for the kids, even if

the door men were so friendly every day with the kids

room was pool view they put me on 4th floor which is more of a tree's view

historic building ( haramlek palace) turned into a small clean well run hotel (adults only)with very friendly
