smoking room smelled like smoke, bed had bad springs, room needed updating, broken shower

let bnb us sweep it ourselves we needed a new key wich they charged us for and never gave new wifi for that key

bathroom window was broken like somebody tried to get in it and i accidentally booked a smoking room which i
