staff at the restaurant were lovely and went out of their way for us as were the life guards and bar staff

there is a nightclub, a bar, and a pool bar, making it a great place to relax and enjoy the evenings

wifi is poor in some rooms (most rooms). cold water in the pools. cigarette smoke in the bar. (+)was clean, staff were friendly, wifi was actually decent for a hotel in morocco, good size rooms, very comfy bed (-) could you also improve the wifi (+) linens, towels, toiletries, netflix, excellent wifi included (+) wifi, tv and hair drier are working very well, which is not guaranteed in other hotels (-)the wifi did not work for me - luckily i had a data sim card that i used. (-)the wifi was abit slow in the rooms. (-)no wifi in my room (+)wifi could work better in the room (-)wifi was abit slow on the higher floors

plenty of choice for everyone and you can go and eat any time of the day in the snack bar around pool overall i had a fantastic trip and have already booked to return

it was very noisy from outside because there is a bar or club close bar (pack an earplugs) - ventilation fan was a very noisy in the (+) the hotel is connected to a bar and an elegant disco, but this was not noisy at all (+)we also like the club,and the terrace bar nice to relax there (-)be noisy at night because of nightclub in neighborhood and bar around the pool (+) pool area is absolutely stunning, and shishi bar at night is very good also (-)for public to the pool and access the bar by the pool and club (-)pool bar didn t open til late afternoon, some staff were a bit rude .

staff is very friendly and considerate, luggage clerk youssef and the valley parking men were vert helpful and nice

1 thing when they asked your room no every single morning in breakfast section that's lil bit annoying

home, meaning we were stuck on a long journey and early-hours flight covered in chlorine from the pool

only get tea or coffee during breakfast, and after that, you have to either purchase it, order room service, or sit by the swimming pool, where you can order from a menu

heated pool & separate kids pool (not heated) good price for what we (-) kids club could definitely do with a fresh up (+) lovely little outdoor area from room and water areas were perfect for kids and families

pool chairs were too few, we couldn't take them to enjoy the pool
