we got some ice for our drinks from the bar downstairs, and the location was amazing too

style of seating (high) in bar area not comfortable for me.

my only concern would be if i had been allocated above the bar area as this is open very late

the kids had lots of fun and the staff were amazing with us and the kids

parking was readily available. perfect for exploring aberdeen with a car.

pool and spa area were absolutely brilliant if not overcrowded with kids which is not a problem, we just went down after 7:30 when the pool became an adults only area

only downside for a family traveller was the time limits on the the pool for the kids

all available at ground level - including bedrooms - and although there was a step into the cave bar - it was easy to overcome (although a grip rail there might be advantageous) lovely peaceful

have had a couple more staff members at the bar to provide additional support during covid times
