room was upgraded to a larger family suite for free and our request for an early check in was granted

and so conveniently situated for us to get into the national park, amazing food in a little bar and restaurant so it felt very up market - fab hotel

staff were helpful and the laundry room was really useful ( just $2 for a wash and another $2 for the dry)

recommended, clean,nice view,big laundry room.

in addition, we asked for an early check in around 1pm, but they claimed the room that was assigned to us was not ready yet, and

the hotel is close to the entrance of zion. the rooms were clean, and ready for early check in.
