wanted early check in and they accommodated to the max

entire accommodation was great. called for early check in and was able to have it.

heated pool, hot tub and fire pits were a bonus

breakfast was good; pool area nice; like porch area and fire pits! nice laundry area too.

great, our room on first floor had vaulted ceilings, beds really comfortable and breakfast was very nice

arrived early and were kindly allowed an early check in by sharon who was very helpful with advice about

the spa is small but scenic. breakfast at oscar’s was a treat.

the room also didn't have enough hot water to fill the spa tub, so that didn't work either

we felt like kids again:-) the breakfast at oscars was wonderful

the hotel is close to the entrance of zion. the rooms were clean, and ready for early check in.

room was upgraded to a larger family suite for free and our request for an early check in was granted

the local bar and restaurant’s performance is mediocre, as evidenced by the inedible beef

kids in living area with a separate bedroom and a walk-in closet, as well as fridge and microwave bar area

beautiful place to stay. the scenery was awesome. fun in the pool. just perfect.

the staff was friendly and able to accommodate our early check in request

they managed to get us a early check in so we could drop our luggage and go visit zion earlier

did not like that after requesting a early check in i was sent a response reminding me of a 3 pm check in

as usual i would always ask for early check in which this time sena accomodate us to get an early checked in

the front desk host was amazing i was asking about paying for early check in at 2pm since check in was at 3pm but she was very gracious and accommodating to let

my kids enjoyed the slide at the pool, we all loved breakfast, the gym and the clean new rooms.
