early check in, very clean and modern

the room, lobby and pool were each meticulously clean

a group of young hockey players that were in the hallways after 10pm, it made it hard to get my kids to sleep and stay asleep with them in the hallways running up and down and yelling to each

breakfast was ok. they kept running out of stuff.

was alote of slamming doors all hours of the night kids running around all hours of the night i got no rest and had to go to work

my kids have respiratory issues so we couldn’t stay long unfortunately

we had four rooms and she was super nice about an hour and a half early check in

place, quiet setting, fantastic staff, nice pool, live music in the bar, the complimentary breakfast was a real breakfast, rooms were clean,

the best part of our stay was breakfast with a variety of options including an automated pancake maker

no meat on breakfast buffet

the recumbent bike in gym did not work that my husband used for therapy, black mold in roll in shower

breakfast selection was good. very convenient and lots of room. very nice

the security guy was very rude with expressing himself i was in the play ground with my kids n he was nasty n rude when he came to tell us that the play ground it was close he need to

the family section was very quiet, and the breakfast area is for all patrons, even those with kids

i was willing to pay to recieve a late check out and they let us stay an extra hour past check out at no additional charge
