all staff were friendly and helpful, wifi in the cabin didn't work at first but it was soon sorted out

an early check in at 8am and the receptionist & housekeeper were so nice, they cleaned a room for me

friendly and accommodating staff, allowed a very early check in and late check out which was awesome

breakfast.

there was always parking available, which wasn't the case at other hotels, so i appreciated that

for example, she ensured breakfast was always plentiful and of good quality
