managed to get an early check in

for 2 hours , water wouldn’t get hot, sheets on one bed were unchanged, right across from the gym

shuttle scheduled for 5:00 am left without me - before 5:00am, they did return to get me

great time, only downside is 12pm check out with no early check in option if they are full

several doors were propped open so the kids could run from room to room

the only thing we didn’t like was that we could hear our neighbors that had pretty loud kids.

overall property very nice and staff great. early check in was great and smooth.

the restaurant staff was extremely kind and attentive and room service delivery was extremely fast

our kids loved the pool and we all enjoyed the food at the restaurant

the ppl next to me and asked for another room they were just loud and screaming they had little kids

of cigarette from just walking in, hallways, rooms everything smell like pure cigarette and my kids were coughing the whole night

i ask for a non smoking bedroom because i was with mi two kids but always the cigarettes smell get in the room trough the bathroom vent
