gentleman was kind enough to let me do an early check in as i was coming from out of state, had been on the road since 4am, and forgot about

they even allowed an early check in

we loved the cleanliness of the hotel overall, breakfast was enjoyable, i loved having coffee/tea bar available 24 hours

with lots of selections, some regional, breakfast was typical of all hampton inns

they went out of their way to accommodate an early check in because of our circumstances.

a child had a bathroom accident in the pool the last night we were there

pool was only 3 feet deep the whole way and extremely warm for july, so i would’ve liked to see a

easy and friendly check in, the lovely lady even helped book an excursion as well as arranged an early check in

and arrived early-checked by to see if we could check in early at 1pm

our early check in (we didn't know that nashville was in a different time zone) was managed with ease

i got a $10 roll of quarters to do laundry and it was short 50 cents
