in at 4pm is a little late but you can request an early check in i discovered while there

staff were very friendly and accommodated an early check in which was super appreciated

the staff at reception gave us an early check in and an upgrade which was much appreciated

the pool is incredible, the nicest hotel pool i have ever seen
