we received early check in after a long ride from san blas islands, and were greeted with a huge suite and

attentive staff, welcome notes & explanations, or assistance beyond being given a key and the wifi password -- this property will not suit you

manager was able to accommodate our very late check out for a nominal fee

we also had them do a load of laundry and it was returned in three hours

took great care of us with having a driver transport us from the airport and allowed us in for early check in after a red eye flight so we could rest and nap

the made arrangements for a shuttle driver and early check in as i got it at 6 in the morning on saturday

rooms were spacious and comfortable and hotel accommodated request for early check in
