appointment was early and with one call we were checking into our room hours early

the location was perfect for us as we wanted to be near the des moines golf and country club

not clean in hallways and floors and dirty sox laying on floor of entry to laundry room

noisy. out room was next to laundry facilities.

the laundry facilities and the vending machines were convenient

for early check in just wanting an hour earlier if possible and manager told me to come on in, our room

clean, roomy, very comfortable bed. all the amenities of home (kitchen, tv, dvd).

if you want to do laundry , you have to download an app instead of just bringing some change , which was really

player in room, nice little furnished kitchen, bed was comfortable and the bedding smelled nice, probably the cleanest room i’ve ever

the room was fantastic and we loved the kitchenette

also - the breakfast was good

the lights from the parking lot shined through and the door from the hall

the pool was shut down for maintenance

to virus, rates remained the same as what i have paid in the past except this time no amentities, pool,workout, or business center or breakfast

they let us do early check in and it was a huge help!

the pool hours were also great because we got there pretty late and were still able to swim

parking not that great. can get lost getting to parking lot

she gave us no information on when breakfast was wifi and best way to get to the room

the breakfast was great as well

had stayed here numerous times and though i arrive early if my room was ready i could check in without cost

breakfast and ice ? machine. cool air conditioning room.

some lights were out in the room, they have a bar but don't serve drinks, staff seemed unpleasant

i called the front desk to ask about laundry facilities

the laundry room that is on site, dryer doesn't work very well

we got charged an early check in fee of $25 and also had to pay$200 deposit which normally i wouldn't of had but my

they had a good breakfast and coffee bar it was very clean and the staff was friendly

the breakfast in the morning was awesome from waffles to bacon egg cheese biscuits to cereal and alot

breakfast was fabulous lots of choices, staff was excellent and the pillows and mattress were

accommodated my early check in time so i could not be late to my event

close to the airport and has it's own shuttle

i appreciated the shuttle bus taking me to the airport at 5 am

the kids really liked the pool area

hotel is big and has diffefent services including swimming pool, gym, restaurants

and thank you very much to alissa for the early check in so we could get ready for a wedding nearby very much

just a muffin and a breakfast bar in a paper bag

rooms were exceedingly clean and new, including lobby, breakfast and pool area

pool had way too much chlorine to where the kids were coughing non stop

it's clean, fresh, in a great location, has a nice pool and fitness room, and exceptionally friendly staff
