for early check in just wanting an hour earlier if possible and manager told me to come on in, our room

was surprised that a spacious, clean and very comfortable room with a full kitchen and huge desk cost less than a regular room at a medium star room in the des moines area

the guest laundry was free

most laundry machines were out of order

also loved being able to do laundry for free

appointment was early and with one call we were checking into our room hours early

the laundry facilities and the vending machines were convenient

staff members who were responsible for the laundry started talking extremely loudly with each other at 5:30 am, standing opposite end of the

laundry facilities - the vending machines ran out of detergent and its been two days now without

noisy. out room was next to laundry facilities.

to virus, rates remained the same as what i have paid in the past except this time no amentities, pool,workout, or business center or breakfast

they let us do early check in and it was a huge help!

the pool hours were also great because we got there pretty late and were still able to swim

parking not that great. can get lost getting to parking lot

she gave us no information on when breakfast was wifi and best way to get to the room

had stayed here numerous times and though i arrive early if my room was ready i could check in without cost
