the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, helping us with an early check in and making sure we had everything we needed for our stay

sports bar didn't have peacock so we had to watch the nfl playoff game on our phone

but the thermostat wasn't functioning, the elevator is the slowest known to mankind, the guest laundry was still broken
