tried to get us an upgrade and an early check

pool was not open when we got there and when it was open it was so cold we could not enjoy it

was bummed their fitness center and hot tub were under construction but the paths surrounding the property made for

breakfast was good and randi, the kitchen lady, was awesome

do wish the breakfast had biscuits and gravy and sausage links instead of patties

didn't get to take advantage of the pool because of time restraints but it looked very inviting

i landed early in the morning and sent an email request for early check in, they not only allowed it but

ask for early check in and a late checkout and we got both plus more than we asked for

bistro and bar were closed because of covid

only thing i could possibly not like about the hotel is the breakfast selections

had not researched the hotel and was surprised to see the kitchenette in the room

the front desk staff was very nice. we were allowed early check in and it was so appreciated.

to wait an hour for it to be ready and go back to the front desk to get the room keys with the wifi password that never worked

it was spacious, clean and comfortable with plenty of parking.

the kids liked the pool and breakfast. it was quiet. the location was perfect for our trip.

staff, free breakfast, free parking, and the room was big and comfortable with a working fireplace

suite setup. kitchenette & sofa area. staff friendly. location.

they allowed early check in by 30 mins . close to restaurants

pool being closed was the only thing that was bad about our stay

the staff was polite quick to fix problem and the breakfast was great

i got in to town w/ husband early

bathroom vanity cabinet was broken with exposed screws and the kitchen cabinet face was completely gone

i loved that not only was there a kitchen but a dishwasher and full size refrigerator

even the breakfast staff made us feel at home

in exercise room did not function properly and pool was not clean for use

a early check in between 6am and 7am
