we appreciated the early check in with no problems after traveling so far

breakfast was delicious. place was amazing! the room layout was very nice.

fitness room could have been a bit bigger with more equipment

fitness room was small as well and only 2 of the 3 machines were working

the fitness room smelled of mildew and something like urine, i ended up not using the fitness room for

i was granted early check in without hassle.

very contemporary, kids loved the pool.

parking lot was flooded and ice machine on our floor didn't work

staff were very accomodating with early check in. really appreciated their helpfulness.

did not like that i was not able to use the pool because another family was having a birthday party

pool was closed so we had to walk to neighbor hotel and use the indoor pool and our kitchen had pots, pans, an dishes but no silverware or utensils

the knowledgeable front desk staff. they also allowed a early check in.

also i would get lucky n get a parking spot right by the side entrance and couldn't get in

they should be adjusted to shine in the parking

no room service and no cleaning for the day

hallways had trash all on the floor, room service couldn't bring me towels when i needed them and said they were too busy

breakfast excellent. early check in was possible and accommodating
