reception staff were brilliant, early check in was no problem

the gym is a bit small

but the hotel is very comfortable, the lounge and bar areas are pleasant with great views, and the food and service is excellent

first we didn't get the room with double bed because of the problem with laundry service, so we slept in a twin room for the first night

we had a kid with our family and staff wasn't helpful to accommodate kids needs

the only thing my son could have was pizza so we ended up eating out a few nights where they did kids options
