special requests for slightly early check in

i had requested early check in if available and they were able to honor the request

to get a refund for an early check in after i saw guest checking in earlier on same day but was told by manager the only

staff was very accomodating in allowing us early check in

we also ordered room service and enjoyed our meal (the food came quickly which was great because my son was (*) from the front desk staff, housekeeping, breakfast buffet staff, lobby bartenders, to the room service from bistro 933, our stay was top notch (+)clean, great staff and room service delivery from the restaurant next door. (-), room service, etc (+) i loved that there was room service: i was really tired after driving all day and it was easy (*) first, there is no room service (+) the staff was very friendly and welcoming to me and my wife and the food we ordered through room service was pretty tasty (-)room service

very grateful for the early check in.

we were offered an early check in, so that was much appreciated

if we had not driven 15 hours straight and needed to sleep with the kids i would have found something else after seeing the rooms

people were really great, and the early check in was amazing
