spotless, the staff went beyond my expectations when accommodating our needs for extra towels, early check in and having connecting rooms

breakfast okay, but not exciting

only thing is that it offers continental breakfast but one day we went there was only coffee and apples

wanted more food at breakfast

i just wish that the on the go breakfast had more options

my husband had gone downstairs to ask for some plates, and the lady in the kitchen gave him two plates at first

called to see if we could do early check in and they said we couldn't

it would be great if they add more dumbells in the gym other than that it's good.

pool is small and very hot and humid in the room to swim

was clean that’s what i liked the most, breakfast was excellent many options to choose it was just perfect

the gym and hot tub just added extra value to my stay along with the great breakfast and awesome waiters and waitresses

i was told it was because i was in a room with a kitchenette, and once i checked out i would receive my $100 back

so i call the front desk and he tells me theres nothing they can do until morning because the laundry room that housekeeping uses is locked

like blood stains and dirt on the walls the microwave didn’t work the carpet was coming up the pool is lime green trash everywhere just an overall horrible stay and so

she is extremely rude and shouldn’t be up front with customers, she should be a maid or doing laundry

desk extremely helpful in getting me an early check in and a quiet room location

once he was done we asked for early check in he said it would be a charge and we were ok with the charge
