accommodated our early check in

matt took care of everything from early check in request due to state of emergency in our beginning stay, to state of relaxation with

no complaints. it would be nice to have additional choices added to their breakfast.

laundry room was an added bonus.

i think it might be the detergent used on laundry

spa bathtub was very small

the spa tub was medium sized but deep

breakfast could have been better.

spotless, the staff went beyond my expectations when accommodating our needs for extra towels, early check in and having connecting rooms

it was clean and it didn't smell and had more then just coffee for breakfast.

i like the complimentary breakfast, i would like see a little more homecook breakfast

only thing is that it offers continental breakfast but one day we went there was only coffee and apples

breakfast could be bigger with eggs and meat.

what i like about the property was the space in the rooms and i also loved the pool

the kids loved the pool

do recommend having grits with breakfast as well something you guys didn't have

fitness centre was small, pool looked like water wasn't very clean so didn't want to use

called to see if we could do early check in and they said we couldn't

it would be great if they add more dumbells in the gym other than that it's good.

was clean that’s what i liked the most, breakfast was excellent many options to choose it was just perfect

the pool area needs a little bit of work it’s starting to look unkept

the gym and hot tub just added extra value to my stay along with the great breakfast and awesome waiters and waitresses

i was told it was because i was in a room with a kitchenette, and once i checked out i would receive my $100 back

very clean beds were comfortable had no probs at all nice pool too

eager to find a room and check in, i arrived in duluth around 10 am and was charged a 35 dollar early check in rate and was not at all pleased with this amount

i thought there would be hot and fresh breakfast options, but it was just carbs and sugars

i requested an early check in for my family as we were traveling on business and leisure and we were accommodated

hotel has very little parking and blocked off a portion of the parking lot that made it even smaller

i didn t get a chance to eat breakfast, but the staff made sure i knew it was available

i didn t like the breakfast at the hotel. all processed food.
