member of staff (reception, dining, pool and cleaners) were very friendly (+) the hot tub and pool steam room were all great as were the treatments (massages) (-)bar as my mobility is bad and use a walking stick however for evening meal and to get to the pool or treatment area and evening meal bar it was hard to get there (+)enjoyed the swimming pool, steam room, sauna, sports bar very nice and the hotel did a activity for the children which (+)use of the swimming pool was great. good way to relax at the end of a busy day. (+) swimming pool and spa area was clean and not to busy so i was able to enjoy some down time (-)a minor issue was that towels are not provided for hotel guest using the pool.
