asked if there was early check in i was told no due to it being full from last night

we got to breakfast right at the end time, but they allowed us to get food before putting it away

i worked with lindsey to make sure they had an early check in and a surprise waiting for them in their suite

breakfast was nice and the area was kept tidy and well stocked throughout breakfast

even though we did not use it, there is a large pool to relax as well

they only had a shower, no tub for younger kids

we were run out by other kids wanting to play

the laundry machine was broken and she did not even try to help, we went to a hotel across the street

the pool was perfect for a little break with my daughter

staff, kids loved the pool, queen suite room was perfect for the five of us, beds very comfortable, and

the breakfast was great, beds were comfortable and felt safe

fitness center treadmills did not work

flight got in early and they managed to accommodate an early check in

the night before from a different accommodation and the staff from this hotel facilitated our early check in

wifi speed needs improvement

nice sized rooms, friendly staff, 24hr laundry room which was very cheap

we also asked for an early check in and was told not before 3pm

no issues at all, perhaps add some to breakfast options! but yes great deal

great hotel with a pretty good water slide right in the pool area

the kitchen was out of a lot of food. electrical in our rooms were a mess.
