super quiet room with a great bed ! the staff was very polite and provided an early check in !

due to covid 19, pool and other facilities were closed

too many baseball kids in pool pool isn't big

the breakfast bar was excellent and clean

i got early check in which was great

loved the indoor heated pool

the bed was comfortable and my husband liked the spa tub.

i felt safe being a single mom traveling with kids

(but very high, might be difficult or risky getting in & out of bed for shorter, or older, or kids)

staff were not very helpful, i booked a room at the hotel and asked for an early check in which was not given to me until i requested a manager which still was difficult to

the water park was perfect for the kids' fall break.

beds very comfy. food (breakfast) was the best buffet we have had. the pool was fun as well.

love the room, my kids enjoyed the water park , i enjoyed the mountain bike trails

entire trip was wonderful, i brought a 3 and 5 year old, they loved the pool, but also all the decor

there was so much to do; pool, mini golf, shuffle board, bags and more!
