an allergic reaction while in the lobby at check, no early check in available

bed vey comfy--room extra clean---breakfast was delicious

we understood with covid the breakfast bar was closed, but it was disappointing both with what was offered and also all of the packaging

the gym is really dated - but at this price point i didn't even expect one so ok

- if we had known the gym closed at 8 pm we would have booked elsewhere

staff was amazing - they worked with us for an early check in as we had a soo locks tour scheduled within an hour of our check in time

wifi was ok, better outside of the room though

wifi was spotty.

you can walk anywhere from this location, the locks, the friendly shops, putt putt golf and dining

parking is a little tight and could be hard to get in or out if cars are bumper to bumper in front

front desk was very helpful for an unexpected early check in

i was welcomed with an early check in and a cold bottle of water after a long day so that was great

comfortable bed early check in

we did use the pool and jacuzzi which was great

the hot tub and pool were clean and the perfect temperature

the comfy beds, the cleanliness, the breakfast! wonderful!
