very comfortable staff friendly rosemary is overworked in the hotel bar and food area she works so hard

i asked for an early check in but never got a response

i didn t like the fact that the room service is very limited

to sleep blacking out all light and we even slept through the breakfast (a rare thing with small kids to sleep in)

only small gripe was that the water pressure was too low to fill the spa bath, which is the only reason i actually booked the room

because of where the hotel is situated, the noise was intense until 4 am… mostly young kids drunk wandering the streets, often screaming at each other

having driven through the night and wanted an early check in wasn't possible until 2, despite there clearly being rooms available
