one of us was a little sick and the hotel provided early check in for us

the staff were able to accommodate my niece and her family by offering an early check in

the fitness center is also extremely small so only room for 1 person to stretch

good value, pool, excellent breakfast, comfy pillows, clean, safe, 5 minute walk to public beach

they went out of their way to accommodate us we had an early check in and even a free upgrade

the location, decor, amenities, beach space and spa were all top notch, as was the service

i loved the spa and felt pampered at all times

having to go to front desk to get towels for pool was a pain but i'm sure there is a reason why
