amazing service even before we arrived with information about road closures and early check in being available

had laundry done and was told 24$ in total which would equate to around 16,000 colones (based on the

served eggs with pancakes and a very tasty juice and we also got coffee/hot chocolate for the kids

it is in a walking distance to town, so having car in not a must (we walk with kids every evening forth and back)

they also handled our laundry for us

top hotel in puntarenas! best view! very nice service! early check in ! very safe!

pool and bar and room location were excellent staff were also very nice and professional

decent spot for kids too

the swimming pool and terrace bar are awesome.
