amazing service even before we arrived with information about road closures and early check in being available

had laundry done and was told 24$ in total which would equate to around 16,000 colones (based on the

served eggs with pancakes and a very tasty juice and we also got coffee/hot chocolate for the kids

it is in a walking distance to town, so having car in not a must (we walk with kids every evening forth and back)

they also handled our laundry for us

early check in so that our 3 year old could have a nap was so appreciated

the location, the room, the pool, the breakfast

the laundry service is cheaper than in other hotels we stayed

breakfast was good, bed very comfortable, staff was very courteous , views are just amazing

the lodge is wonderful in authentic wooden style there are 2 jacuzzi pools and swimming pool with spectacular views

stayed up late with us at the bar so we didn't feel lonely, told us interesting stories about his life

the restaurant and bar area overlook a great garden teaming with birdlife and a fantastic view of arenal volcano

was perfect for a safe and comfortable stay with kids
