they were kind enough to perform an early check in when we arrived because the room was ready by the time we got there

and we found a room in an emergency as the flight out of san andres was cancelled they allowed an early check in they have an electric kettle at the lobby that they lend

they unfortunatly didn't have an early check in, but they let us store our luggage and use the pool till our check in time came
