signal on the card machine when i was paying for my room service, so i stood there in my towel while the guy walked up and down the corridor trying to

paper, went to reception told we should have ask when we attended breakfast, we didn t we had room service, paper couldn t be found

spa not available unless requested - food /drink very expensive, bar staff very pushy

hotel allowed an early check in due to flight times and room being ready

mark in bar made us very welcome and service was impeccable

the spa treatments were exceptional and the pool and jaccuzzi areas just stunning

excellent gym and pool, convenient location - walk into town. excellent staff

location - paid for early check in room was ready by 10am - room large & comfortable

i was allowed an early check in and a late check out which was excellent for me as i had lots of work to catch up
