getting ready for my grandsons wedding and they accommodated us with early check in

room was next to the pool & other guests were making lots of noise until the pool closed for the night

the room was dirty—stained bedding, sticky floors, and a kitchen that’s basically useless without any utensils

while the room had a kitchen and fridge, there were no glasses, ice bucket or even the most basic utensils

the location was nice. i liked the efficiency kitchen in the room.

room was a very nice size, the customer service was great and they allowed me a early check in due to me having a medical procedure earlier that

pool seemed dirry. juice machine and pancake maker out of order.

the selection of food for breakfast was hot and tasty, and our room was very clean and

no bacon for breakfast and wished the gravy did not have sausage in it. wasn't fond of the eggs.

most other hotels give us a hard time about early check in even if we give them a heads up about early check

make sure you’re not next to the laundry facilities—no door just in hallway—noisy.

was clean, everyone was super polite and the breakfast was perfect

there is a laundry room on the 2nd floor and it kept me up every night from use

i could have used the desk/table for work but there was a kitchen table that worked well.

i didn't like the fact that i had to ask someone at the front desk to access to gym

i’m a little disappointed that since they weren’t allowed to serve breakfast they didn’t have breakfast bars to go

nothing it was a rip off i paid $200 for it to, i did early check in the customer service didn’t tell me they charge $30 for early check in and the

we will continue to use this hotel when we visit our grand kids, we plan to use this hotel many more times

stayed here many times before. great staff, good breakfast, adequate parking, nice rooms.

the staff was very helpful in getting us an early check in

called twice a hour apart needing towels for the pool plus a guy who was letting the umbrellas down, we asked him and he said he would let some one

next time for sure:), same with the pool and hot tub
