he was able to give us a an early check in so that we could change our clothes and freshen up since we were arriving only a few
i wasn't looking for a place with a pool or exercise room that i didn't need or use, just a place that's clean and comfy to sleep
'heated pool' was cold. 'hot tub' was luke warm. no free anything, not even water.
advertised fitness center was virtually unusable and dirty
my husband enjoyed breakfast. i used the fitness room.

the staff was great i called for an early check in and they made sure it happened for me

it was 1:30 in the afternoon, standard check in at 3pm, requested an early check in when i booked, no refund even though we stayed at a different hotel
sink in bar had dirty finger prints (maybe chocolate) on the faucet handles
no pool or hot tub. we also wish the bar was open later and breakfast was available later too.

none of the advertised facilities or amenities (breakfast, pool, wifi, fitness center) are open or work well
pool and fitness center was not open should have been told things that i was not told when i checked
the pool wasn’t working and there wasn’t any breakfast
